The pride of the institution is the central library, which caters to the insatiable knowledge thirst of the voracious readers. It provides a serene atmosphere for deeper and concentrator study.

The library has been fully automated with the application of Barcode Technology and houses separate sections for General books, References, Periodicals and Catalogues. At present it has a collection of 14,000 volumes of text and reference books to meet the requirements as per the latest syllabi of Anna University. It subscribes to a large number of dailies and journals, both national and international in various subjects. Open Access System is followed and Online Public access Catalogue (OPAC) service is made available to all staff and students to save time in locating the books required. Reprographic services and internet facilities are also available. Utmost care is taken in developing resources for each department. The college has installed Automated Gate Register for entering the student’s details.
